atari lynx screen mod

has anybody tried to use the screen from an atari lynx with their pc at all. either as a monitor or for monitoring info? ie. to display temps etc.

Well, considering you can get a perfectly good LCD with serial port for about €30, why would you?
Or get a barebones 2x16 LCD and slap together the tech and program the s/w yourself for ~€20?

Or you can get the TV/LCD screens they use in cars etc.... reckon it would be all class to mount one in the side/front of PC, connect up to TV-out of video card and play **** on it....
