Thinking of getting this graphics card, PowerColor Radeon 9600 PRO Bravo 128MB, is it capable of T&L or is that a silly question? Just got Halo and can't play it on my current card.

T & L = Transform and Lighting. Offloads vertex computation to specialised graphics processor. Entire geforce family has T & L

With the latest drivers the Hercules 3d prophet 4500 has software T&L so you should be able to play battlefield1942 which needs T&L.

alanc it really depends on your budget,iv got a GF FX 5900 Ultra, amd 2800+ and i still can run halo at 1600x1200 like all my other games.tbh i wouldent recommend a GF FX 5200 or 5600,A Radeon might be better for you unless you can afford a 5900.;)

Thanks for the help guys, I just got the PowerColor Radeon 9600 128mb from Komplett and looks good so far.

I just have one problem my device manager is showing 2 monitors and when i delete one or either of them it just finds them after a re-start. I have on board graphics which is the reason for this i just need to know how to turn it off?

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

yeah it's in the bios,it's probably integrated gfx settings or select agp slot instead of onboard video, depends on mobo, good luck.

Installing the radeon has switched off the onboard graphics. The second monitor is there because most radeons have the dual monitor facility, ie. DVI connection and VGA, so this is normal. No need to switch it off.
