Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It must have been the tough competition faced week in week out in the SPL that sealed the deal.

That's just it, it's not guaranteed, if Rangers come second then they have to qualify, nothing guaranteed about that. Also, the only reason I can see for him saying that is if he is already on the look out for another club and he is using Rangers as a sort of shop window for other managers to see him, cause otherwise he has about 12 really competitive games a year and that's not going to do much for his career in the long term.

Not in the forseeable future. They are a poor team.

What they should be doing is buying good Scottish or English players who actually give a damn. They have too many foreigners in their squad and its costing them dearly.

Not that Im bothered about it. I hope they win **** all.

he said he wants to play in the chapions league eavery season, which he will..

Story is that they are paying him 45k a week, which is the kinda money larsson is on, and given the financial problems at Rangers seems a bit of a risk..

but if he is as good as people say then I suppose it will be worth it, as they are really bad at the back this year. 46 year old henning berg is their best player - says it all :)

He is crazy signing for Ranges its a s*it league its definatley a step backwards if he had any ambition he would have went for one of the big clubs that came in for him . rangers maybe big in Scotland but outside of that there not much

Maybe he's just in it for the money? Maybe he owes a lot of money to the Scotish mafia and they said they would break his "caps" if he didn't sign? Who knows in this crazy rock 'n' roll world, who knows?

The chap is mad... Also, the second Champs League place that Scotland have could be taken off them in a season or two if they keep doing so bad!

Can't see Liverpool getting Champions League football next season anyway, and who knows after that if Houllier is still there/or his replacement has to rebuild the team etc etc?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,064 ✭✭✭BKtje

His replacement will probably have a five year plan as well or sommet similar
