have to say my favourite is the Baileys white chocolate cheesecake. only ever had it once in the 101 Talbot, but it was sweet.

close second for me is the everyday, run-o-the-mill banoffi.

Yeah, I like the classics myself too, so it would be the Sahara for me, with the Gobi a close second.

I'm sure they're a bit like the Alaska, except served a lot hotter.

Yeah, and I'd forgotten about the Kalahari. It's been ages since I've had one. They're great with maple syrup.

Many years ago I was in Beleek in the china factory doing the tour. Afterwards we went in to the coffee shop and well that's where they have seconds delicate cups and plates and the stickiest chocholate fudge cake ever. You know the way you make a snowball and throw it at a wall - well this cake would have stuck.

was at a big 10 course vietnamese banquet once.
when they got to the desert there was either warm bean soup or small little pastry meat things that i couldnt quite identify.

i asked the waiter for some icecream, he said something to another waiter and they broke their ****e laughing:dunno:

[incidently i didnt get my icecream]
