well.. this all started back in november
I was going a count down to my 16th birthday
cuz hey, dammit, your 16th birthday is like a milestone, an accomplishment, where you stand up and yell "Yeah, I lived to be 16!" and then you get your drivers liscense and die in a car wreck
I didn't tell anyone what the countdown was about tho
just "14 more days"

my friends guessed it was my birthday.
everyone else who thought I was a psychotic gun toting maniac guess I was going to bomb the school
i think he could've gotten away with that if he'd have shaved his chest
well days went by
the count down kept going
also, my webpage had been curculating arround school because they were doing an article about me for the year book "Not your average teen" and I had given them my web page address

round about day 5 in the countdown, it all started to break down
my page got to the principal
plus the rumors about the bomb threat
he knew, something must be done, so he could go to the media and be the hero, saying he stopped another collumbine from happening

called my dad into the office
and broke his spirt
showing him the "bad" parts of my page
nevermind the page had NOTHING to do with the count down
showing him the censored porn on the sex page
telling my dad that he had censored it
well then they brought me to the office
they didn't ask me my story
they suspended me
and then turned the ball over to the police and let them run with it
the police started their little "investigation"
interviewing one young man who said someone
and I am quoting here
"wrote with bowel movement on the bathroom wall '4 days' "
alright now
1- I ain't that tallented
2- I wans't there on day 4
well, sunday the 21st
the cops showed up to ask me my side of the story
I said to them I'm not speaking with you until my lawyer is present
the officer says "alright, we'll call at 4pm tomarrow to find out who he is, then set up a day to interview you"
well
it's the 22nd, monday
4pm rolls arround
guess who shows up
why it's none other then our loveable friends from the keokuk police department and the lee county sheriff's office
they came with a court order, to have me committed to the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City
gee guys, a stay in a mental ward, just what I wanted for my birthday, you shouldn't have
it's the 23rd
my birthday
sweet 16 my ass
I meet with my psychiatrists. I say "You know, today is my birthday, I hope I get cake."
One Dr. Responds, "Oh, and what will happen if you don't get cake?"
He was hoping I'd say: "Well, I guess I'll have to kill every ****er in this building until I do."
But instead I said: "Oh, well... I guess I won't get cake"
Meanwhile, back at the Bat Cave.
some 200 students show up absent to school on my birthday
and I hope every one of them enjoyed my birthday vacation, because I had to suffer for them to get it
I was there till the following monday, Nov 29
that was the date of my hearing on weither or not I was "severely mentally impaired and a possible harm to myself or others"
let me tell you man
You have not witnessed insanity until you have seen mental patients try to assemble a 600 piece christmas puzzle.
you haven't heard anything yet
while I was in the ward, they extended my suspension, so when I got out of the ward I couldn't return to school
but they're not done yet
Nov. 30 we get a letter from our good friends at the school
saying they want to expel me
the doctors said I show skitzoid personality traits
not skitzophrenia, but a personality disorder
and I don't have the disorder, I just have some traits
so, in short, I'm fine, it was just the only **** they could pin on me
one of the traits was antisocialism
well, I got together with about 20 of my good friends, and talked them into coming to the hearing to testify that im a non violent guy and they knew it was my birthday
We show up at 7pm, on Monday.
By the time we've left, it's 1:30am Tuesday.
Wasting all that time to determine a fate of a boy, which had already been decided before I got there.
Indeed, the shortest straw has been pulled for me.
And several other straws just to make sure it was infact, the shortest.
Nevermind their case was lies and hearsay
Nevermind the testimony from my friends and family.
Nevermind the document stating I am not mentally ill.
We're facing the school board here, and to not expel me would be saying they were wrong.
so
in short
I get to sleep in until August
Also, terms of my reinstatement are that I undergo an evaluation from a psycharatrist of their chosing.
Uhm, how can I put this... NO!
I have already been evaluated by three doctors, who found me sane, and I am NOT undergoing another evaluation, espicaly not by a doctor of THEIR chosing.

but I'll be damned if I'm going to lose this war
Feb. 7 is the date for the hearing to appeal my expulsion
and the hearing is at the Iowa State Court, against a Judge, where their rumors and hear say evidence dosen't hold up

sounds true enough based on some people I've met here. Best one I met over here offered to exorcise my machine after the monitor blew (they were deadly serious). They reckoned it was an evil spirit sent to me over the net.
