Installed 0.6. But when I install silentheroes not able to excess any d/c games they begin to load and goes back to windows.:confused:

check your error log to see why it's crashing.
go to:
C:\<where I installed it>\EA Games\Battlefield 1942\mods\DC\Logs ( might be "Desert Combat" instead of DC )
and the error log should be in there - post up it's contents if you're not sure ...

Bugger - that means it's crashing before the map objects are being loaded - so it's quite possibly DC itself. Without stating the obvious, try uninstalling & reinstalling Dc.
