Encoding with TMPGEnc & no sound

I've just encoded some divx via TMPGEnc and i'm having a few probs. 1. WHen i play the outputted file, it has no sound 2. The resultant file has a lenght of 1hr 23mins when the original was only 30mins. After playing for 30mins theres just black after the video. Any1 know whats going on?
