Multiple emails

Hi i'm not sure if this happens to everyone or just me but i recieve multiple emails with regards to replies to threads but in the email it says

"There may be other replies also, but you will not receive any more notifications until you visit the board again."

is this normal or is there something up?

It shouldn't happen, unless you do visit boards (any boards page) between getting one e-mail and another. It'll mail you based on the previous post time and your last visit time.

ah right that could be it i could on boards when its happening. i'll check it after i'm out tonight and see if i get multiple emails when i'm definetly not online.

thanks thats fine i don't think i got any multiple emails when i was away from boards

right just bring this up again noticed that when i was in work today and not on boards i still got a number of emails for responses to subscribed threads instead of just one,

just to show ya exactly what i mean



its not a big problem just wondering if anyone knows whats up
