Has anyone had a problem opening a Play.com account?

I placed an order on play.com for the first time the other day but they've come back telling me that there's a problem with my address and that I should have exactly what's on my credit card statement. When I first input my details I input the exact details that are on my statements, but it wouldn't allow me to go past the postcode field so I just entered spaces, which I've now taken out, but obviously that means that I'm still stuck.

What did anyone else input in this field to get around this problem?

I used just the one space and it worked. That was ages ago, they may have changed that though.

I rang them up and got them to manually authorise the account

Thanks Bullman, I'll try that if the single space doesn't work

Can't be dealing with that - I'm too used to impersonal, automatically generated e-mail replies at this stage to be able to have conversation with a real live person. :D
