Setting up a nat pinhole

I've setup a nat pinhole on my netopia cayman modem, and it was also validated and passed. The configurations are correct but it is still showing up as filtered when I try to nmap it. I could dumb the netopia down to modem stage to check but I'm too lazy, are eircom filtering ftp ? And if so, they should of customised…
