    this mail was sent to me and a pile of others - anyone know anything about it ?

    People, there will be a LAN (*very low pings)tournament to crown the
    frag-king of Dublin. We have not yet decided the game to be played, but
    within the next few weeks, a time, place (*in Dublin), and more extensive
    details will be made available.

    Both Capture the Flag and Deathmatch modes will be available.

    What game do you reccommend???
    Would you be enthusiastic about coming along???

    Places are limited...but the competitions will continue over the coming
    months

    a) who is this person

    b) how he get my mail addy ? (if its not someone i know)

    Was wondering who/what this was myself. AFAIK, its not anyone from the Leprecon/TrinLAN team. Also, theres an intersting mix of emails there, including some trinity players who dont generally play on the net.

    Ive mailed him back as I gotta make sure it isnt anywhere too close to Trinlan, if I get a reply Ill post any relevant information here.

    Subject: Upcoming Quake/ Unreal Tournament/ Half-Life Tournament in Dublin

    Are there any prizes?

    People, loved your reply mails and you all seem dam interested so I'd just like to keep yaull informed on current developments

    looks like.....CTF Unreal Tournament
    and...........Quake 3 Deathmatch
    are the current favorites

    The cybercafe will be in town so to be accessible to all and there will be posters up in most colleges and some schools with final dates.

    Hope that you keep the reccommendations flying my way and the demand seems to have exceeded all my expecation, so get your names down now for a guestlist at
