    Well, his defence was that it's an eighteens game, so he can't get in trouble and as such, I doubt the makers or anyone linked to the game should be able to, either.

    Wait, don't you have to be 21 in some areas of America? Is porn banned in some places in America? Oh right, maybe they will get in trouble.

    When you move to a different town in the US, they give you a big ass book on the rules and ****, in my hometown in massachussetts it was ok to look at porn providing you were 18 but the town next door said that you had to be 21, but which perverdised cop is gona watch your movements all day until he catches you lookin at porn. The man will probably make a bit of bob when ubisoft run outta options but to try and buy the webpage back off the man. All in all though fair play to the texan.

    I thought it was so funny when I read about this for the first time, the guy seems so nonchalant.

    He noticed the url, checked if it was available and when he found it was he bought it and filled it with porn links to rack up traffic in an attempt to make some money from it, as you do.
