I turned on the minimalist theme, it works a treat, the only thing I'd have against it is it's grey colour

Just turn of sigs in your user control panel. It means you can have any theme you want, and still have a cleaner, quicker, slicker boards.

Ecksor was talking before about blocking untrusted images as an option for users. Probably on his endless to do list.
