    Hi,

    I need to find the whereabouts of a relation of mine in New york (Inwood Manhattan) who hasnt been heard from in over a year. I presume I should check the death register first in case she passed away. I only have her address which I suspect is an apartment building (I dont have an individual flat number) but dont know. Is there any way I can check if someone is alive or anyway I can get any information.

    Any help would definately be grateful...
