E1260 a month, split between three people for a 3 bed apart in Galway city centre, so I pay 420 myself.

know of a three bedroomed house in letterkenny for €200 per person per month i f anyones interested.house is in good condition, nearly on the main street and really nice landlord

I'm paying E180 per month for a room in a 6 bedroomed house, even though there's only 3 of us in it at the moment. But It's a pretty old house, and it is in Thurles, although I know a few people who commute to Dublin or Cork from there.

I pay 650 EUR for double bedroom in two bedroom apartment in D1, Dorset street.
paid that much for an entire 380 squre meter Penthouse in Nuremberg/Germany.
how hard would it be to get a mortgage in this country? anybody know?

Up until recently I was paying €1016 per month for a one bedroom apartment in the city centre (near Merrion sq.). Nice area and nice apartment. Very small and outrageously priced but you get that everywhere here
