Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone else heard of these. Am looking to install a wifi network in my house [and also an excuse to install one] and I came across this.

It is a Wifi reciever which will stream movies, music [mpeg] and images onto your TV or Stereo. It runs on both 802.11b and g so it does support 56mbs. The only problem is it is not for sale over here yet. Anyone know any other ones for sale or if they will even be sold over here. Would be great :) . You can view it on the SMC US homepage

And before I ask again, was looking at possibly getting the Asus SpaceLink Access Point (54 Mbps 802.11g) from komplett. Dont forget open link twice. Looks quite good and nice and isint too bad at €105 or so. My other option is going for the 3com one on komplett for about €90.

I came across these two when I was researching for a conference recently ... I'm afraid I don't know much about them

There is the Omnifi one at
    http://www.omnifimedia.com/products/omnifi_details.jsp?productId=12542&partner=

And a Philips SL300i and SL400i (don't know if these are available yet) one at

There's a similar gadget from Hauppage called MediaMVP which is a Linux-based box that does the same job. I think it's wired only at the moment but there are plans to release a wireless version. Saw it in PC World (Liffey Valley). Can't remember the price though.

Anyone know of a way to send digital TV signal's wirelessly?

I asked this here before but couldnt get a decent solution or answer.

Bascially one of my NTL connection points doenst work and the other point is about 7 meters in the other direction so I have a NTL cable trailing all over my appartment from one of the bedrooms and its wrecking my head.

I would love to fix this problem with a wireless solution but Im thick and cant think of anything.
