Those Q3 dll's

I'm trying to get Q3 running acceptably on some of the DCU machines and I was wondering does anyone know where I can get those dll's that are meant to make it run faster on a PII?

barrysworld had some for 1.15c anyway. but could be awkward to find now, as they were linked from the news section
