When should a 1 year lease end?

If i moved in to a appartment on 1st Feb at 12pm, should a 1 year lease end at that same date and time the following year, or should it end on the 31st January?

12pm = noon ?

It depends on what it says in the lease. A lease will often state date, not time and you would have to be gone by 11:59pm on 31st January. The fact that you did not occupy the property until midday does not matter.
