Bittorrent Client with Proxy Support

    Does anyone know if there is a Bittorrent client that has Socks4 proxy support? Had a search around Sourceforge but nothing seemed to meet my needs.
    I am on a college campus network (Glasan) and Kazaa seems to be blocked. I can connect with Emule but I get a lowid and get really slow download speeds, but they can upload off me like crazy.
    Any help appreciated.
