Keeping updates during reformat

Does anybody know of a way to keep all the windows and anti-virus updates so that you dont have to dl them all again after a reformat? Cheers Wavey

Well, for the Anti-Virus, I guess you could make a backup of the AV's Program Files folder, and overwrite the current one when you reinstall?
