Could anyone tell me is it possible to create your own fonts, i.e. hand write an alphabet, scan it in and create a font!

    Is it possible???

    Thanks in advance.

    B.

    oooh, nice idea.

Try the windows /operating systems/ scitech board.

I tried doing that a few years back.
There are definately programs out there for creating your own font, but the problem came when you try to use an image for a character. All of the programs I got didn't allow image importing for individual characters.

Maybe there are a few more programs out there nowadays which acommodate that sort of thing.
