In the our office at home I have 4 PCs sharing an ISDN line. All the PCs are connected to the switch and another box (can't remember the name of it but its the default gateway for the PCs) is connected from the switch to the ISDN box. The ISDN box is also connected to something that is like a hub for all the phone lines in the office.
We have a few phones in the office. When I'm online a light on the phone will appear to show that the line is in use. The timer on the box is set to 120secs to time out. After the 120sec it will time out and the light on the phone will switch off. Other times it will time out but the light will stay on. It is like if the phone is off the hook.
This means that at times we can only use one phone for incoming/outgoing calls instead of two.
Has anyone any ideas about how to solve this problem
