    Hello all,

I post this on behalf of a friend who has recently moved house and mislaid the power transformer for his NAD PP1 pre-amplifier.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a replacement?

    Cheers,
    CDB.

I remember I used to have one of these preamps, but don't remember anything special about the power transformer. Will a normal 12v multi-adapter not work for it?

    Thanks Robbie,
The power supply we are after is 15 volt at 300mA (or higher current) with
standard configuration. I checked with Lenbrook in the UK but these units are no longer supported. I guess at this stage a universal/generic one will do the job.

not sure where you would get that specific psu but you could try

    Maplin
    or
    peats

I got one of those exact 15v power supplies from Maplin a few months back. You should be able to pick one up no problem.

    Lovely,

I'll give them a try and let you know how it goes.

    Thanks for your help,
    CDB.
