    Hey,

I have a IBB Breeze Home internet connection and i want to share it with other computers wirelessly. If it is possible, i would like the network set up so that i dont need a computer running 24/7 to share the connection. The access point i'm using is a D-Link 900AP+.

    please help

The simplest solution would be to just plug the IBB connection directly into that Access Point, and then use a wireless card in the PC. (I don't know how HomeBreeze is set up, but do you have to install any hardware in the PC, or do you just get an ethernet connection? Do you have to install a HomeBreeze client to log in to the network?)

once the wireless access point is configured and working, you can just plug the IBB connection straight into it AFAIK and it should work fine.

try and make a point of setting up some form of security on the thing though, or you'll have your neighbours and passing wardrivers hijacking your connection, possibly leaving you liable for any illegal doings they may get up to (sharing pirated software, illegal porn, hacking, spamming etc.).

    have a look see here:

and google all the phrases you can think of that include 'home', 'wireless', 'wifi', 'broadband', 'network', 'setup', 'faq', 'security', 'wep' and anything else you can think to look for. remember google is your friend. ;)
