    To track gooogle (and other bots) you could use RobotStats (previously GoogleStats)

    I think Clicktracks will do that. A neat logging tool.

    Try PHPhits. Very good. Easy to config. When you've installed it you can track exactly where visitors / bots have moved around your site. It's fields per hit are: Date | Time, IP, Host/DNS, Browser Type & Version, Language, Referrer URL and Page Visited. You'll need Perl / PHP and (I think) a MySQL db. Webalizer will only give you the basics.

    I'm looking for a program that will analyze them locally, not on my server.
    Not sure what you mean by that - whether it's local or remote the program's still going to be on a server.

    Google for Webtrends. Expensive but very good. Dunno if it'll go down to the level of detail you want though.
