I got chorus analouge cable TV and I can tune into all the regular TV stations.
I can also get a bunch of stations- history, nat geographic etc , the picture is blurred but the sound is fine. Chours, I assume have scramled it at their end.
Is there any software I can get to descramble it (soz bout the non techhy term!)
or any other way that I can view these stations?

    thanks in advance!

Legally, no. You have to pay for those channels

I've seen NTL cable be decoded by a plugin for StampTV before so I'm sure it can be implemented. But Chorus won't be happy. Plus I'm not sure WinTV2000 or whatever the Happauge software is supports plugins. I never use my card in Windows, the drivers are just too bad.
