Search google for a program called ad-aware or spybot , download the program and run it on your pc.

    Should help.

you may also need a program called cwshredder. Certain sites are known for hijacking your browser and putting all sorts of muck into your registry.

    Oh

    and BTW

    stop looking at pron ;)

Also get Hijack Blaster and after you got rid of all that crap get a secure browser like Firebird (scroll down to the newer builds) and never afto worry about this crap again.

f you want something that'll do the lot for you, get spybot s&d (search boards or google for links) it's free and will remove ad/spyware and has settings to keep you free from browser hijackers etc. too. you can get free updates off the net too to keep it up to date, and the anti-hijacking stuff will sit in the background and stop things from happening.

security wise if you want to keep yourself as safe as possible, get yourself a:

good firewall with anti-trojan features (I use Zone Alarm Pro)
good anti-virus with advanced features (I use Zone Norton AV)
spyware monitoring software (I use Zone Spybot & Adware for added security)
and all the latest windows updates. (mine are downloaded manually and installed, so I can keep them if i need to reinstall windows, it saves hours of updating time).

keep all of that up to date and do regular scans and you should be fine.
