Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Very good result for Brum. I only saw the first half and from that Brum looked like the better side and deserved a point for that display alone. And so Chelsea drop 2 more points. They should really have taken advantage of Utd's slip up this weekend.

Chelsea dominated the second half, over 70% possession. They should have scored at least one only for Taylor's superb form.

Disappointed should have won and should have had penno. An unbelievable goal line clearance from Tebilly. B'gham dserved the draw put everyone behind the ball.
    Taylor was in fine form.
sloppy passing from Chels at times: in particular Makka.
Cole was unlucky not to score hit the post.
Duff v quiet when he came on still feeling his way back in.

Some interesting points made by Martin Tyler today, in particular, Cole has not played a full 90 mins in the league for Chelsea and when Gallas started in the league this season they only conceded 2/3 goals.

    A few points:

Would have kept faith in Melchiot and Mutu.
Gronk was terrible ( no suprise there) Joequin would do nicely
Claude badly needs a rest though we have little option for the time being.

Best player today for CFC was Marcel, was solid as a rock and has got his fair share of critisism esp by me.

I heard Parker was in The West Stand today, I was wondering why Curbs was in The Sky Studio. Prob miffed he showed up.

Thats probably because Cole hasn't had a really impressive game yet so Ranieri invariably hauls him off.

Also Gallas is a fine defender and Desailly is a bit of a liability now imo. hes turned into this season's Laurent Blanc!

at least young Desailly started to take his captains duties seriously in the last 20 minutes, he was pushing forwards trying to motivate the team , great to see him do this in the style of Terry. Normally this duty falls to Frank Lampard but I think after his series of wild shots he was inclined to stay further back. Frustrating that Chelsea have only managed 2 points from the brummies now , but again , fair play they shut us down quickly, man-marked Gronk very well, had 10 men behind the ball most of the time, and their keeper was outstanding.

That's definately the league over now unless Henry happens to suffer an unfortunate injury.
