I started using broadband last month, and when I ordered it, it said on the eircom site that the first month is free. On my first bill now, it charges me €45 for 'self install starter combo'. What exactly is this?

They gave you a modem and a bill.
Thats the combo..

ring them back and go u want credit for the first mouth cause u didnt have a free mouth
