This is probably very easy to solve, but it is driving me mad!

When I receive an email with a URL in it and click on it, the web page doesn't open in a new window but in an IE window that's already open.

Is there any settings I can select which will allow this to open in a new window?

Yeah, on the menu go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Browsing and then uncheck the option that says "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".

    Worked for me anyway.

That did the trick - cheers Sideshow Bob!
