help! need summery of ulysses

    doing my finals in college and couldnt get my head around ulysses to read it
    anybody got any idea where i could get a summery of the first chapter on the net
    i'd really appreciate it!!

    In fairness, the first chapter is quite easy to read. Not half as confusing as the stream of conciousness stuff later on. Give it a go!

    AFAIR, it's Steven and Buck Mulligan having breakfast in the Martello Tower. They're joined by the English guy. Bits of conversation. A woman comes round to sell food. They all leave.
