Need New HD ant Suggestions?

Folks,
Thanks for the answers for the CD-R question. Now I have another I want to upgrade my HD(Presently 20Gb Quantum). I have a P4 1.4Ghz and slowly will upgrade it. The first thing I will get is a HD, I saw a 129Gb Western Digital on Komplett for 99 and a Samsung 120Gb for 105. If the speed is 133 will I run into problems if all my mother board can handle is 100?
Anyone any suggestions?

afaik if you get a 133 speed drive and your motherboard supports 100 only your drive just won't work as fast.

on the drive front i'd pick the western digital not only is it cheaper but i have a WD raptor sata drive and they are excellant

Fork out the extra few euros and get one with a 8mb cache.

won't make much difference now but worth it when you upgrade the rest of your system
