XP PRO won't run login script after restart ..

    The script will run on if you log out and back in again.
    Deleting user profiles does not help.
    Script is being run from NT4 PDC on same 100Mb Switch (was on a 10Mb hub before)
    A unc shortcut to the script works.

    This suggests Network speed and fix via some reg hacks

    But I'd rather not have the OS wait until the login script is finished in case the login script hangs or timesouts.

    The real annoyance is that I feel the problem relates to the way it's sibbling (XP Home) has login scripts disabled..
