    Depends on what you mean by free.

    Free as in you only pay for the cost of the phone call, or free as in you pay nothing to nobody for accessing the net?

    No for the latter.

    u could always sign up for a company called " Euphony" ( aka Elive) who give u the first 10minutes of every off-peak call free. so find yourself an auto-disconnect program and your sorted.
    great for browzers not so great for gamers
