    The original quake and quake 2 are in position number 2 with quake 3, The PC GAmer top 100 puts sequels together, thats the reason Quake 3 is number 2 and UT is number 4 because quake 3 has q2 and quake 1 with it while UT only has nreal, which wasnt much good

    But the box at the end said that quake 3 had been helped by it's 2 prequels, I am confused

    I'm more confused about the current ratio of inflatible people to non-inflatible people currently on the boards.

    I noticed that Quake 3 was in place number 2, halflife was in place number
    1, and UT was stuck down at number 4.... tee hee hee... what does that say
    about it? the only thing i disagree with, is that halflife should have been
    number 3, and the dooms should have been number 1.

    i think perhaps i might take up adventure games for a while.... grim
    fandango sounds good....

    just my thoughts biggrin.gif

    Naaa.. I think Halflife deserves it. I'm surprised that the original Quake wasn't up there somewhere...

    Yeah, well, i would say that halflife deserved it, accept for the fact that the net code is screwed, and support for OGL and D3D completely sucks, and that even on a TNT2 some halflife levels somehow manage to slow framerate down to about 10 fps. admitedly, the sp game rocked, but it's just pathetic for multiplay. i know people who prefer to play halflife in software mode than hardware because it keeps crashing in hardware.

    aside from that altogether, i think the animation sucks too.

    quake rocks. not as much as doom tho smile.gif
