WinXP USB problem

When i install something on a usb port eg a printer it installs fine & works away etc, but when i plug the device into a different usb port it comes up "found new hardware" and installs it again, this never happened when i ran win98, i have all the usb updates from windows update. Daisychain your USB devices.

If you are using USB 2 port, you should have the requisite bandwidth 'anyway'.
