Im a Utd fan. I like Heskey. I think he is a great player.

He is at the wrong team in my opinion along with a few other gems at Liverpool.

Seen heskey play in real life a few times, and he is not good. He is big, and fit. But he is not fast (by modern top class football standards), and is a striker who scores about 5-10 goals a season

He should be at a club like Birmingham, Villa, Spurs and not at a big team like Liverpool.

Saying that, I hope England keep picking him

Anyway, no seriously, i like him. he has good pace, strength and heading skill. And hes not used effectively at Liverpool. he should be at another team.

but his problem is he needs someone constently telling him this
he just has no confidence in himself and that just isn't good enough for
a premiership player let alone liverpool

Unfortunately it may be a bit late as it looks like the Heskey to Milan story may be true after all. This picture of him in a milan taxi appeared in the Italian papers recently.

i dont understand how iron man can say that Baros is a "muck" player. he's a great striker and when he is back to full fitness im hoping GH will give him a chance beside Owen.

As for Heskey he aint good. his touch lets him down ammmm all the time but it is abit hard for him lately considering any ball he gets is just sent up from our defense. man that long ball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it just annoys me that he receives so much criticism when the team are doing the same as him - playing bad!

im a true and true liverpool supporter and it kills me to watch the way they are playing lately. second half against newcastle is the best we've been for a while. i suppose results are the main thing.

bt then i watched us against spurs and i was embarrassed as we were pathetic. as stevie g said in the interview after the game against chelski that all the players are to blame if we play bad. i think that does include emile.

have to put some of the blame down to GH. is say he tells them jsut to pump it forward all the time. doesnt seem bothered with the liverpool way of old.

Heskey is a good player.
