Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Uploading to member pages

Just wondering is there any other way to upload to the Boards member pages (e.g. FTP). Firstly, I can't upload a CSS file, and secondly, I need to upload quite a few images, so I really could do with unzipping directly into the space itself. The entire thing is only 174KB, but its a pain in the arse to upload all those files. Plus, I can't seem to create a sub-directory in the root folder.

Creating sub-directories isn't supported and won't be unless I get a sudden burst of creativity.

Uploading CSS wasn't supported, but I've just enabled that. New file extensions have to be requested and are considered on case by case basis.

If you want to upload your .zip you can ask to get it unzipped on the server and I'll do it, but if that creates sub-directories then the web interface isn't going to know what to do with them ...
