A geforce FX 5200 pci, any use

    I was offered one of these just a second ago for 90 euro, is it any good, it has 128mb DDR, i have a pc with online a 64 mb ati in it, would i see any kind of improvements?

    Ive the same card. Its ok i guess nothing special.

    Runs max payne 2 and COD fine.

    You can get a 9600XT for €148 AGP 8X, PCI cards suck no good for games....

    indeed joe pc is right, pci cards are useless for games!

    i had a geforce FX5200 256mb (agp) and it was struggling to run cod sometimes, and forget about a decent res/quality..

    i would go with joepc idea, im not a fan of the radeon atall (just have a thing against ATI for some reason, bad experience with em before.. long story..) but its alot better than the PCI FX5200 card.

    Im guessing hes thinking about a PCI card cos he cant get a AGP one.
