You obviously didn't read the sticky closely enough where it tells you to give some information about what network / account type you have.

Did you ring up and ask for these services to be activated ?

Have you also made sure that you are using the WAP 1.x protocol stack and not WAP 2.0?

    Had a look here:
    http://www.samsung.com/Products/MobilePhone/GSM/MobilePhone_GSM_SGH_E700_sp.htm

Says it uses WAP 2.0. I'd say this is the problem. MMS uses WAP as a bearer so you'll have to find an operator with a WAP 2.0 gateway :/

check the ports that its using
make sure wap is 9201 and not 8080 or some such

hi - only thing I can suggest is to check your settings again, as laid out in the Manual for MMS profiles (below), make sure this instance is set as the 'Current profile':

    Profile name: Voda MMS
    Server URL: http://www.vodafone.ie/mms
    GPRS setting
    Gateway: [IP] 10.24.59.200 [Port] 9201
    APN: mms.vodafone.net
    Login ID: dublin
    Password: dublin
    Bearer: GPRS only

do you get any error messages?

can you try it with an MMS/WAP enabled Meteor SIM, maybe you are experiencing the same issues affecting Nokia 6600 uses on Vodafone's network?
