Problems with CSS alignment

    Hi,

    I'm having some cross-browser problems with css. In Opera the page appears as expected, in internet explorer the left column starts below the right column.

    I'd really appreciate any suggestions as to how to fix this.

    I'll also try and attach screenshots from IE/Opera to show what I mean.

    thanks very much P. My first attempt at a CSS based web site was very poor so it's great to get some positive feedback for this redesign.
