You will need to have your image somewhere online to put in it your sig (otherwise you'll only be able to see it on the computer where the image is). Once it's online you can use the IMG tag to code it into your sig like so:

<IMG>www.foo.com/bar.jpg</IMG>

replacing the URL above with the URL for your images and replacing all instances of < with [ and > with ].

As for resizing the image you'll have to use some kind of image editing software such as Photoshop, MS Paint, PSP, etc.

For images in signatures: 1 image up to 300 pixels wide, 125 pixels tall and 20k in size. No animated images are allowed.
