Insurance for laptop when travelling abroad

I am going t the uk for a few monrhs on business but am taking my laptop to watch dvds etc. Then i am going to the us on holiday and will be doing the same thing with the laptop. I dont think my house insurance will cover it if i take it out of the country and it would be nice to know that its insured all by itself. Also…

Also can i get holiday insurance to cover the full price of expensive items like digital camcorder, camera and laptop? Most policies seem to have single item limits of about €300 or €400. Not really enough for these items.

Can anyone tell me if i can get insurance for the laptop and where?
