    Hi All

    Just wondering if anybody would know or had experience similar problem. The story is that my widescreen Black Diamond (model BDS2851WS) is no longer displaying the picture properly.

    Suddenly the normal view now has turned into "narrow screen" with black area covering half of the viewable area on left and right side. I am sure that it has nothing to do with screen mode (wide or normal). Tried everything on the remote control but nothing works. And of course, the user manual won't help much.

    Can anyone help? :confused:

    the button on the far right on the row second from bottom should toggle between viewing modes, so nothing happens when you press this ?

    it will change the screen mode either widescreen, 4:3, 16:9, etc. but the thing is the picture got squeezed all time so there'd be blank space at the right and left side of the screen. In total, the black space covers 50% of the screen.
