Phono to 3.5 adaptor

Basically need to connect the xbox phono outputs to PC speakers. With PC speakers accepting a 3.5mm jack, a converter is needed to bridge the connection. Anyone know what type of connector is needed?

A stereo phono to 3.5mm jack cable is available in most electrical retailers.
