Please set a realistic problem. I can get 925 and I don't think you can get a whole lot closer.

One that can be solved in a few minutes would be nice...

That's not even remotely solvable.

Think about it. 1+1=2*2=4*4=16*5=80*7=560 is the highest possible number you can manage.
