OK, this thread has certainly lost its way in recent pages.

The thread is for posting pictures of bike gear that posters consider warrant the title "images of beauty". Everyone's perception of beauty is going to be different, so let's not turn it into a thread discussing the merits or otherwise of bestowing the title on specific "images". Yes we allow discussion in this thread, but please keep it constructive, try not to make negative comments (even in jest, as not everyone will necessarily get the joke) and help us get the thread back on track

Any questions, PM me or one of the other mods and don't de-rail the thread further by posting them here

    Thanks

    Beasty

Love this one. It's one ot the older models in my international fleet. She lives in Poland. I think it's an image of beauty because it enables me to see many parts of a wonderful country that I wouldn't otherwise normally get to see or take in cos I'd be driving. My polish beauty.

I am from south Wicklow area not to far from Gorey. I don't think there is to many dealers for Thompson bikes in ireland so probably rare enough.

Its my summer bike, I have a Claud butler San remo that I use 99% of the time. Winter is very hard on bikes and components here also cuts down on washing bike all the time.

Aero chainrings with non-aero frame and non-integrated Di2 battery.

Also, the levers are "doing the walrus".

    Nope!

The Aero chainrings are there for stiffness, better with Rotor and the Di2 I would expect.

Yeah, but this isn't "Post images of stiffness" (good luck getting that past the mods).

They look more appropriately ugly on a TT bike. This sort of thing.
