Che, it was £899 from Slane Cycles for the framset (frame, fork, seatpost, headset). Pricey for heavy Aluminium, but considering the pedigree of the bike, probably worth it. Its the same geometry as my other bike, everything is the same size, so its worth paying a premium for that in my case at least.

Don't know what I did to those pictures to make the quality so bad. Will try to get better ones later.

The 2010 S1 was slated for its ugly looks on the Cervelo owners forums. I don't get it, I reckon its not bad at all.

Pah, they've been grouchy ever since Cervelo got rid of the grey anodized version.

Looks lovely. Looking forward to a comparison of Red and Rival when you've put some more miles on it.

I think I've missed most of the races at this stage.
The feckin thing is massive too, I don't know how I'm going to fit it in the car.

A few more clues for the secrets of RAAM's success:
    The cyclist's training bible
    A box of cereal
    eggs
    caffeine
    a cake box
and what looks like Alka Seltzer

Had to add it myself. Only the frame, forks and brakes came from Planet X.
Triple drive train came from CRC and Bike24.

Sweet machine LDB, love those Look frames.

Oh, yeah Raam, eh....nice bike, gonna be a pain to keep clean :)

    Another ugly black bike ;)

Basic setup done (saddle height, stem swap and bar orientation). Need to book a proper fit.

8.8kg all up, which I'm quite pleased with given the basic component spec.

    Apologies for crap pic.

Nice one Lumen...my one was actually ready for me to pick up during the week but I never got to collect it. So, there should be another Planet X Stealth up here shortly, although mine is white!

Did you buy a complete build from Planet X or just the frame and build it up yourself? Do you mind me asking how much as I am just trying to figure out did I save anything by getting all the parts separately myself. Best of luck with it, it looks great. ;)

Nice. What kind of saddle do they fit on it?

When do the disc wheel and deep section aero wheel get purchased?

What are those stickers on your microwave?

White is pretty. I couldn't be arsed cleaning it. :)

Complete bike, basic spec with a few upgrades (Time RXS Edge Grey Pedals, bottle cage, Conti Grand Prix tyres, Model B wheelset). Came to £1,149.53 all in, built and delivered. The stem is a Ritchey Pro one I had lying around.

It's called an On-One Bignose, the cheapest they had. TT saddles are a bit different, so while I have a black 130mm Spesh Toupe on standby, I'll try this one out first.

    When I'm fast. :)
What are those stickers on your microwave?

They're magnetic; pictorial representations of an Owl, a Harvester and a Nest. I have no idea where they came from.

Nice machine, Lumen. Have you taken it out for a spin yet? We took our new ones out on Sunday, nearly got swept into the sea trying to ride them along the coast.
