    Folks

    let me explain first I am trying to buy some stuff off ebay, hence all the questions..

    How good is VCD I take it its not as good as DVD quality, will VCD play on most some or none DVD players.

    can u take vcd on your pc and with a DVD burner make a dvd?

    The quality depends on the software used to make it and the bit rate - Near VHS quality at best.
    will VCD play on most some or none DVD players.

    Most DVD Players sold nowadays will play them if they are standard VCD format or even SVCD
    can u take vcd on your pc and with a DVD burner make a dvd?

    You could but why would you want to? You can make a DVD from it but the quality will still be VCD standard.
