Internet Explorer Problems

    Hey guys, maybe you can help me out here.

    I have recently started using the Internet on my home computer, no problems until the other day i clicked on the Internet explorer symbol on the desktop and i recieved an error message saying that Microsoft had detected a problem with my Internet Explorer and asked me would I like to send an error report to them. I clicked on Send Error Report, the computer then proceeded to connect to the Internet, sent the error report but then no webpages came up.
    So basically, while the Internet is connected, I cant view any webpages!
    has anyone else ever heard of this problem? Any ideas on how i can fix it? Im not sure if Im in the right forum but maybe some1 will know.
